7 Communications: Focus. Invest. Become Famous.

As the challenges of leading in healthcare become more complex, healthcare institutions have increasingly emphasized the importance of leadership training for physicians. This past weekend, in partnership with Baxter Healthcare, 7 Communications brought together a select group of Canadian nephrologists to explore and engage in a unique, customized Leadership and Change Management program. The program was aligned with Brian Golden, Rotman Chaired Professor of Strategic Management and Executive Director of The Centre for Health Sector Strategy of the The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto; who designed a program which provided physicians with Leadership Training applicable to their everyday duties as a healthcare practitioner. This two-day program took the assembled group through interactive sessions on organizational alignment and physician leadership, influencing skills, and a full day on leading change.  To learn more, contact mfuters@7communications.ca.
