Boston Marathoner and avid runner, Mary Lynn Futers, has been selected by Best Buddies Canada as the Event Director for the 2010 Audi Best Buddies Challenge - a premiere event for every athlete in the family. For this, the inaugural event, the event will feature a 10k route for runners, a picturesque 5K route for Power Walkers and Walkers, and for the little people and those 'in training', a 1K Shoelace Walk. 100% of event proceeds raised will go directly to Best Buddies Canada - the non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing our communities through one-to-one friendships between individuals with intellectual disabilities and students. Run or walk on October 24th and make a difference through your participation.
