A Masters Champion and Five Olympians to lace up for Best Buddies

At a media event today, planned by 7 Communications and MC'd by Rosey Edeh of Entertainment Tonight Canada, it was announced that Edeh, a former Olympian will MC the October event and participate in it. Joining her will be Masters Champion and Audi ambassador, Mike Weir; Olympic gold medalists Alex Bilodeau, Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, and Olympian Joannie Rochette. They will anchor the celebrity team and will be joined by Carlton the Bear, who will lead the 1k route, and Canadian marathon champion, Tania Jones. They will all be joined by several more celebrities that will be announced each week leading up to the October 24th event.
