Larry created, owns and is the President & CEO of
 7 Communications. He earned a reputation for innovative marketing and thoughtful management during more than a decade in the auto industry in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico where he created memorable campaigns that ignited double-digit growth for two OEMs.

Based on the premise that we consume more than a thousand marketing messages in a day, but only recall 7, Larry launched 7 Communications in 2009 – a strategic marketing agency designed to create, deliver and measure geo-targeted digital and experiential programs for clients. To date, the firm has recruited national and regional clients in auto, healthcare, academia, aviation, construction, and real estate; and, has consulted to a collection of other agencies and media companies.

Larry was previously a member of the executive management at Mitsubishi in Canada where he set the strategic marketing direction of
 the brand including all product planning, pricing, brand and offer advertising, digital, customer relationship marketing, corporate communications, research and consumer events/sponsorships.

At Volvo, he was Vice President of Marketing and played a key role in increasing the value of the retail franchise, propelling Volvo to the #1 position for Dealer Communications/Relations. He served in senior capacities in marketing, product planning, sales, incentive management and public relations with Volvo in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico and has also served as a panelist and guest speaker for the CMA, IAB, ICA and CSF.
Natalie is a high-performance marketing executive with international experience and a very rich understanding of
 the automotive industry. She joined 7 Communications from Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) of Valcourt, Quebec,
in the fall of 2010. As the North American Marketing Manager
 for Sea-Doo, Watercraft and Boats, she developed and executed the new product demo tour in the top U.S. and Canadian markets.

Prior to BRP, Natalie held roles of increasing responsibility at Hyundai Canada, most recently as the National Retail Advertising Manager. Prior to Hyundai, she was the automotive Account Director at agency Sharpe Blackmore (Havas) in Toronto and Scan Partner (Grey Global) in Goteborg, Sweden.

Natalie leads our account team and manages each of our
 national programs. Her agency and related experience includes work for Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, BMW, Infiniti, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lamborghini, Lexus, MINI, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Saab, Saturn, and Volvo.
Anwar brings a wealth of experience in all components of the brand building process, including corporate/retail identity, packaging, digital, traditional, name generation and interior/exterior signage.

Joining 7 Communications as our Creative Director in the spring of 2013, Anwar joined us from Sony Music Canada where he was most recently the company’s Lead Designer. While there, he designed artwork for some of the world’s leading musical acts – a collection that included P!nk, Bedouin Soundclash, One Direction, Celine Dion and Leonard Cohen – helping each to connect and engage with their audiences.

Outside of entertainment, his design experience includes projects within retail, construction, real estate, software, financial services and automotive. Within automotive, he has created brand communications and enticed new and existing customers into dealerships to purchase or service their Acura, Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Toyota and Volvo.
A strategic, customer-focused Senior Finance Professional and Chartered Professional Accountant, Tania has 15 plus years of Accounting, Finance, and Strategic Planning experience. Her career has spanned several industries, including Hospitality, Medical, Financial Services, and Automotive. Her diverse industry experience enables her to focus on the big picture and find practical and sustainable solutions that drive results.

Tania is a firm believer that when it comes to business, you can never stop learning. The more existing constraints, the more creative we have to be. She continuously challenges the status quo and seeks out ways to create value through continuous improvement, supporting strategic goals and helping to drive a competitive advantage.
Mike is an extremely detail oriented, analytically minded, creative thinker who has worked within public relations, digital media, corporate communications and automotive advertising. He joined 7 Communications in 2013 from Rebellion Media where he coordinated a small team of Social Media managers that represented dozens of brands, organizations and individuals. He has also single-handedly managed and built online communities from the ground up by executing successful online programs, contests and promotions involving several high profile clients, including NFL Defensive Back, Ike Taylor of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mike has found personal success within the digital space by networking and constantly growing his social media presence, gaining a powerful Twitter following – success that assists clients daily to achieve additional online awareness for their businesses. Mike currently manages a small team of digital savvy individuals while creating innovative strategies for experiential programs, digital advertising campaigns, website redevelopments, rebranding’s, etc.
Tiffany is an extremely organized individual who thrives on schedules, order and completing tasks. With a strong background in event management, Tiffany joined 7 Communications in the spring of 2015 and brings a wealth of knowledge in the planning sector. Having worked with top tier clients such as Loblaw Companies Ltd., P&G, Ford, Lululemon, Novartis & Bell Canada. Tiffany has a strong understanding of managing her customers and motivating her team. Previous to joining the team, Tiffany moved home from Vancouver where she managed over 400 events and weddings for Grouse Mountain Resorts, one wedding of which was the largest revenue generator in the history of the mountain. Proven to be a dynamic leader and team player, Tiffany has gained the respect of both her colleagues and clients, which has led to many strong ongoing relationships within the industry.

Miriam launched her career in Montreal’s vibrant fashion scene with Buffalo Jeans and Groggy Brand, and naturally,elle est bilingue. She subsequently honed her typography and layout skills with Toronto and United States-based publishers and corporate clients, including Oxford University Press, Kraft Canada and Pearson Publishing. She delights in making text a pleasure to read and ensuring that images crackle and pop.



In addition to her professional work, she has also designed a book about women in Egypt’s revolution and was a coordinator for a women’s business networking group. Pro bono work that aligns with her passions always intrigues her.



On the scale of too little to too much, you’ll usually find her poised elegantly right in the middle. 

Bringing her love of European design from her native Slovenia, Tina brings a passion for both analog and digital - from an obsession with the finest typography to consistently studying a well-designed digital user experience. Complemented by her background in interior design, she is as proficient in CAD as she is creating 3D renderings and animations to bring client visions to life.

With an inner passion for creating beautiful environments, Tina carefully blends her fine design eye with function and spatial requirements. Whether a construction project or creating a stunning magazine or client brochure, she gains inspiration on the pathway to creative discovery.
Sydney began her marketing career while completing studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, working part-time on a collection of national Experiential Tours (Captain Morgan’s/Kotex/Franks’ Red Hot). Her career in marketing was officially kick-started when she accepted a role on the social marketing team within Visa’s international “work & play” campaign.

Joining 7 Communications in the spring of 2015, Sydney is a believer in the concept that you should always do the walking before the talking. Before joining the team here, she managed retail stores (Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister), developing and leading highly efficient sales and service teams of more than 100 staff at a time. In her spare time, she works to create marketing tools to assist a regional yoga and pilates studios to successfully introduce them within their community.
Rachel's passion for marketing stemmed from her postgraduate education at George Brown College in Sport and Event Marketing.

Her previous position in the Marketing and Brand Partnerships department at CARAS/The JUNO Awards has given her a background in sponsorship, marketing and brand integration. During her time at The JUNO Awards, she proved herself to be a quick study and independent thinker.

Rachel is a highly motivated and determined individual. She prides herself on being very detail oriented and finds nothing more satisfying that checking things off her “to do” list.

Rachel is a firm believer that the key to success is building positive and long lasting relationships with others. Being a personable individual with a positive attitude contributes to the success of both her own personal brand, as well as the ones she works with.
As a self-proclaimed jack-of-many-trades (and a certified master of two), Jeff’s insatiable curiosity has led him to pursue master’s degrees in Cultural Studies, History, and Media Studies. Over the course of the last decade, Jeff has spent time honing his skills as a Researcher, Teaching Assistant and occasional Lecturer at three universities across Ontario.

As a Teaching Assistant, Jeff was counted on for more than just instruction. During his time at McMaster, Brock and Western, he was responsible for providing detailed feedback on countless students’ submissions. Working as a researcher taught Jeff that the art of problem solving is rarely a straightforward process. Whether combing through the archives in search of historical documents or tracking down data from industry-specific trade journals, his experience in this field has trained him to pull together information from seemingly unrelated sources and make connections that may not be obvious or evident to the untrained eye.

Most recently, Jeff has taken his unique skill set and insights to the world of marketing communications. Recent roles have enabled him to refine his public speaking skills as he sought to reel in new business.
Alex began his career as a creative designer in 1999, finding his niche in 2004 by joining the programming industry. Since then, he has focused entirely on programming and brings his wealth of knowledge to 7 Communications.

Through his career, Alex has worked for many corporations within North America, including Platinum Energy Group, Affiliate Summit, Shareasale, ChatAbout, FlamingoWorld, CenterPointMedia, who are leaders in their respective categories. With his vast experience in the field of programming, Alex specializes in social networking platforms, mobile websites and apps and is fluent in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, PHP, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, Angular.js, Codeigniter, Laravel, SQL, WordPress, as well as Linux server administration and maintenance.
With a keen eye for design and detail, Richard has recently completed the Media Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber. His passion for web and graphic design led him to pursue Digital Communication within the program. This included gaining experience in writing HTML, CSS and jQuery code as well working with essential Adobe programs.

He has since completed an internship at 7 Communications as a creative intern. He assisted the creative director, designers and project managers on a day-to-day basis with designing clear and engaging graphic communications for print and web. He is self-motivated, works well in a group setting and there is nothing he likes more than being able to contribute to a project where his expertise proves useful.
Tanya attended McMaster University, where she studied and earned a degree in Multimedia. After completing her education, she began her career in the Marketing industry. With experience in both creating and designing media works, Tanya managed numerous social media campaigns and accounts. Driven to succeed, she is ready to take on whatever is given to her.

Tanya considers herself a friendly, energetic, and goal oriented individual – with strong interpersonal skills. She enjoys both working individually or as a member of a team, recognizing the intellectual power of personal reflection, as well as group discussion.

Over the years, she has gained experience in the fashion, event planning and marketing industry. From her position as a key holder at a high-end boutique to managing a team of individuals at an up-scale tween spa, her love for marketing and people flourished. Tanya strives to put her passions into all aspects of work.
Meaghan is extremely driven and takes pride in organizing and planning almost every aspect of her life. As someone who has probably created a million to-do lists, she finds pleasure in accomplishing her goals, no matter how large or small.

Born into an entrepreneurial family, Meaghan brings a diverse balance of in-field leadership and organizational skills to her commitment to create world-class experiences. After completing her studies at both Brock and McMaster Universities, she joined 7 Communications as an Account Coordinator to work on the experiential marketing team. While completing her studies, she wrote, refined and delivered the curriculum for what is now a provincially recognized youth soccer program for children with disabilities – a program recently certified by Special Olympics Canada.

As a committed, kindhearted, and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, she believes in the power of meaningful relationships and in the process of lifelong learning. Comfortable one-on-one or leading a team, she methodically and energetically works with minimal supervision yet excels with the support of others. With her goal-oriented attitude and strong foundation from her past endeavours, Meaghan is perfectly positioned to deliver on our commitment to delivering awesome, everyday.
Born into a family of eight in 2010, Beckett was adopted and joined the 7 Communications team at a very young age. Showing promise and a unique ability to entertain and generate laughter from those around him, Beckett was quickly promoted to Director of Client Entertainment in 2011.

Roving between the first and second floors of the 7 Communications offices, Beckett has a down-filled workstation on each floor from where he plans his days’ schedule. Taking pride in being the first to greet employees, guests and the FedEx guy each morning, Beckett earns high marks from the team here for his very unique team-building abilities.
